APPROACH.
As part of the engagement, Pegasus One migrated the client’s mission-critical production system workloads to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. We leveraged our innovative service delivery model and SAP Cloud Assessment and Transformation framework to enable the client to migrate to the cloud with minimal business disruption.
During the governance and delivery phase, we oversaw coordination between various program stakeholders, including IT solution architects and the infrastructure and OS support teams.
