A leading healthcare services provider for the elderly had been using PeopleSoft V8.3 as its human resource management system (HRMS) platform for over a decade. However, because Oracle had discontinued support for this version, the company wanted to reimplement its PeopleSoft system in V9.2. The company also wanted to phase out its use of third-party products.

APPROACH.
Following an exhaustive fit/gap analysis for new PeopleSoft V9.2 functionalities, Pegasus One first decommissioned and replaced boundary legacy applications to reduce integration needs. We then leveraged V9.2-delivered functionalities to standardize human capital management business processes. Among the tools we used were
- Configuration Template Generator, to reduce template generation time from over an hour to less than five minutes
- Data Scrambling Utility, to scramble data effectively and quickly
- Recruitment Data Cleansing Utility, to ensure a cleaner and efficient hiring process
- Security Matrix Generator, to accelerate security mapping and finalize the security structure for go-live
