APPROACH.

Following an exhaustive fit/gap analysis for new PeopleSoft V9.2 functionalities, Pegasus One first decommissioned and replaced boundary legacy applications to reduce integration needs. We then leveraged V9.2-delivered functionalities to standardize human capital management business processes. Among the tools we used were

  • Configuration Template Generator, to reduce template generation time from over an hour to less than five minutes
  • Data Scrambling Utility, to scramble data effectively and quickly
  • Recruitment Data Cleansing Utility, to ensure a cleaner and efficient hiring process
  • Security Matrix Generator, to accelerate security mapping and finalize the security structure for go-live
