THE CHALLENGE.

Recently, a potential client came to Pegasus One with a project in mind – they wanted to redesign their employee portal in a way that would allow them to create a better experience for their workers, thus improving employee engagement and ultimately creating a better quality of work for their own customers too.

APPROACH.

Pegasus One’s work began by centralizing all information, making it contextual and easy to find. This greatly facilitated early adoption of the platform. We also moved quickly to introduce global smart search, personalized dashboards and chatbots to the platform, along with a knowledge base. All of this helped to shed immediate, invaluable insights into “top rated” and “most viewed” content.
